Blood is freshly collected from bovine fetuses by cardiac puncture in USDA inspected facilities. The refrigerated blood is aseptically processed for maximum serum yield prior to sterile fertilization. The fetal bovine serum is tested for the ability to support the cellular morphology of undifferentiated embryonic stem cells. This serum is completely traceable to the abattoir of origin.

Comes in 100 mL or 500 mL bottles.
